CUSTOMER / MANUFACTURER SERVICE SUPPORT

We established a Customer / Manufacturer Support Division of Strathclyde Machine Tools in 2001. Our core business is to supply machinery with all the necessary service and support for medium to large machinery distributors and manufacturers. We have long term working relationships with various machine tool builders which allows us to ensure the customer receives the equipment on schedule, to the required specification and meets all the relevant CE standards. We have access to the machine tool builders network where we can source nearly any machine you require.

Our offices are located in the hub of the machine tool industry in Taichung, Taiwan. We also have offices and workshops available for service training within the machine tool factories where your machines are built.

Service and Support

We have years of experience in supplying machine tools to the industry, but more importantly - we supply the best service and support. Manuals, part lists, drawings are all done in house, specific for your company.

We specialise in CE auditing to ensure the machinery complies to all the relevant CE standards.

Online Service

Information on demand is what we provide with our up to date Online Service. All machine information is securely stored online for your convenience. If you require new Operating Manuals, Service Manuals or Electrical Parts Lists, no problem. Simply log in and search using the Machine Serial Number and you can find all the documentation online. If you have machines currently being built you can check the delivery status at any time.
